How often should I stream to grow?
3–4 days per week is the sustainable sweet spot for most streamers. Streaming 7 days a week burns out most people within 2–3 months. Consistency over time matters more than frequency — a reliable 3-day schedule for a year outperforms 7 days/week for 2 months then quitting.
What time should I stream for the most viewers?
For US audiences, weekday evenings (7–10 PM EST) and weekend afternoons are typically peak hours. Check Twitch's directory for your game — if the category is emptiest at 2 PM and busiest at 9 PM, you'll get more directory exposure at 2 PM when fewer channels are competing.
Should I stream if I'm sick or not feeling it?
